Elephantos.com Return Policy?
Elephantos.com provides a 14-day cancellation period for orders. After indicating the intent to return, there is another 14-day period to return the product. If a product is exchanged, the new product is sent the same day the returned product is received. If a refund is requested, the money is refunded the same day the returned product is received.
For the shipping policy, orders are shipped each business day at 4 p.m. (CET). Orders made until 2 p.m. are shipped the same day, and orders made after 2 p.m. are shipped the next business day. In case of damage, a new product is reshipped free of charge. If a package doesn't arrive, the company has a reship policy in place.
Please note, there are conditions for returning a product. The product can be returned if the wrong product was received, the product arrives damaged, the purchase is regretted within the 14-day returning period, or the product malfunctions within the specified warranty period. However, a product cannot be returned if it has been used, the seal of a jar or package is broken, or if the smartshop products have no or little effect.
For shipping, the company dispatches with B2C Europe. Sometimes an order may be sent in separate shipments. If a package arrives damaged, the company will reship a new product free of charge. If a package doesn't arrive, the company has a reship policy in place. The shipping address can be changed after placing an order by sending a mail with the correct address to: info@elephantos.com. Once the order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed until the next order.

Elephantos.com offers two main payment methods: Bank Transfer and Cash. For the Bank Transfer method, customers receive a confirmation email with the order number, total amount to be paid, and bank details after completing the payment process. Customers can then use this information to pay for their order with their online banking system. It's important to mention the order number when making the transfer. The status of the order changes accordingly during the ordering process and customers receive an email for every status change. An international transfer may incur additional costs, which depend on the customer's country and bank. The website also supports SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) for easier and cost-efficient payments within the EU.
For the Cash method, customers choose the 'send cash' option at the payment option page and complete their order. They then receive an email with all payment details, including the order number and postal address. Customers are advised to put the total amount of their order payment in an envelope and send it to the provided address. Coins are not recommended for this method.
The company also seems to support payment methods that offer a "money-back guarantee" such as Alipay, Mastercard, Paypal, and Visa. These methods allow consumers in most cases to get their money back if the product is not delivered or proves to be fake.
